Looks good! I’m waiting for it to sync with friendfeed so the timestamp for a post is accurate. I suspect that won’t take long! Great App!

    Hi !

I just bought Your app and had to discover that there is no support for direct messages. Apparently that feature is in none of the other FriendFeed iPhone apps as well.

The option is very important to me, is there a general reason that prevents it from being integrated at all, or are You planning on making direct messages possible in the future?

    Thanks in advance!

    • The FriendFeed API as it exists today does not support DM / IM / Email. That’s why none of the current apps have the feature.

As soon as it is available, we’ll implement it.

Ah, alright, I see, thanks for the info!

With all the new features being released by FriendFeed right now, let’s hope they don’t forget about their API.

        Cheers!

    Hi there,

I’m considering purchasing Amigo, but I have a question first. Is it possible to post a message to a group feed (not just the home feed), and include in that post an image from the iPhone Camera Roll?

I have tried other FF apps, and although they let you post messages with images to group feeds, you either have to start the post first, *then* take the picture, or else include the entire Camera Roll from the iPhone in the post. You can’t select a picture from the Camera Roll to include in the post.

So basically, I’m looking for an app that’ll let me upload a picture that I took, oh, say 20 minutes (or several days) ago to a group or private feed.

Will Amigo let me do that?

    Many thanks!

    (PS – Hiaasen, definitely)
